Optima, is the name of the new innovative in-house Design and R&D Department by Optima textile. With this new approach, we now create fresh fashion and commercially aware garment styles for global retail brands, backed up by more than 20 years of local and international production expertise.

To create a beautiful style we start with great fabric. We work closely with some of the best mills in the world to provide our consumers with some of the best Fabrics in the world.

Finish.

We work side by side with our laundries to develop and experiment with new wash trends and processes, to assure new washing styles and exciting details. Each wash is studied and tested, always considering our environment.

Production

With more than 15 years of production expertise around the world, Optima creates and provides the highest quality garments, achieves the highest standards while optimizing costs and delivery.

Our quality production management process is briefly described below under our clients' brand quality criteria, aiming to assure the sustainable visual quality of the final garments from start to finish.

• Fabrics acceptance with the follow-up shrinkage test to learn about the fabric dimension stability and a blanket tests to inspect the shade uniformity of all the fabric.

• Cutting quality process. A collaborative planning with R&D and Quality Control Departments. We develop the cutting plans according to the fabric's characteristics and tolerance tests by our R&D and quality teams.

• Sewing quality process. Our expert production chain produces in terms of our clients’ demands and deadlines. Working in full conformity with both Optima’s and the clients’ production system and ethical standards. Inspecting every sewing process and testing the size and visual properties of products in-line, on a daily basis. All according to Optima's Quality Control Book and clients’ requests by the on-site quality control team.

• Washing process. Optima's washing and dyeing expertise and their outstanding working system are of great importance in design and production. Besides the expert washing, the brands’ requirements with regards to Denim, whisker-moustach effect, worn-out effects and wrinkling are handmade.

Our quality control team conducts daily hands-on tests for the washing quality properties of our products including color, feel and appearance.

• Laser processing. Every kind of pattern can be created by laser engraving in our facilities, which are capable of Laser engraving client-specific worn-out patterns and shades for their collections.

• Washing quality control. Our expert washing quality team continuously controls each garment's color, feel and appearance.

• Finishing. Our experts quality control team inspects color variations, hand feel, appearance as well as trimmings and accessories according to the client's tech-sheets, to deliver a product that is perfect for every day use.
